When do city trucks work Andrews alleys?
City crews empty Andrews alley dumpsters twice a week. The northeast and southeast sections get Monday and Thursday pickup, and the southwest section gets Tuesday and Friday; the northwest is split between the two. A roll-off left in the alley on those days can block the city truck.
